Attorney

Law firm seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle plaintiff personal injury cases. Experience with complex cases is a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day advancement of the cases in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Must be able to manage cases from pre litigation through settlement.

Must have excellent research and writing skills.

Must be able to take and defend depositions.

Must be able to draft motions, complaints, demands for arbitration, pleadings, and other litigation documents.

Must be able to propound and respond to discovery.

Must be able to analyze and summarize medical records.

Must be able to argue motion and opposition hearings.

Must be a licensed California attorney in Good Standing.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
