Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, particularly in insurance defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and general liability claims. MUST BE LICENSED IN KS & MO!!!!!******

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Provide timely and strategic case assessments and updates
