A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm — the largest in the country within its practice areas — is seeking an accomplished Team Lead Attorney to oversee a litigation team within its Midtown Manhattan office. This confidential search is for a mission-driven, highly respected national practice with deep roots in advocacy and impact litigation.

🌟 What They’re Looking For

Strong preference for candidates with:

• Plaintiff-side personal injury, mass tort, or abuse-related litigation experience (highly preferred)
• Experience handling trauma-informed or sensitive client populations
• Background managing cases or leading teams in high-volume, high-impact PI or related litigation
• Experience within a multi-state legal practice is a plus
• Litigation leadership experience strongly preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities

The Team Lead Attorney will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a litigation team
• Overseeing case strategy, litigation workflow, and case progression
• Managing high-impact PI, abuse-related, or trauma-informed litigation
• Ensuring high-quality pleadings, motions, and client communication
• Collaborating with senior leadership on litigation strategy and team performance
• Supporting firm-wide best practices, training, and process improvement

💼 Compensation

• Base salary up to $300,000 , depending on experience
• Annual bonuses up to $50,000+
