Attorney

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements
- Provide legal advice and counsel on matters such as estate planning, securities law, corporate law

Requirements
- JD
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in handling a variety of legal matters
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
