  • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to anticipate and prevent scheduling or procedural conflicts
  • Handle select complex matters and maintain a caseload commensurate with managerial responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic file audits for quality assurance
  • Lead or participate in training sessions to strengthen the team’s legal and organizational skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A calm, steady presence and ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Supervisory or training experience
  • Proficiency with cloud-based case management systems
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and collaboration

Benefits

  • Salary range $110,000 to $150,000
  • Performance bonuses based on KPI’s i.e.: lead conversion and case completion
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off and firm holidays
  • CLE and professional development support
  • Collaborative team environment with growth opportunities
