Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney that specializes in Trusts /wills to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel across a variety of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, and patent law. This role requires strong research and writing skills, proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw, and the ability to draft clear and effective legal documents. The Attorney will play a vital role in advising clients, preparing legal strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
