Attorney

Martens + Associates | P.S. is looking for an attorney to join its civil litigation practice. A strong candidate will possess the following:

· License to practice in Washington and in good standing

· Motion practice experience

· Experience taking and defending depositions

· Ability to independently progress a case from intake to resolution

· Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

· Passion for the law

The ideal candidate will also possess:

· Trial Experience

· Experience in the field of insurance defense, construction defect, products liability, professional and/or personal injury

· License to practice in California and/or Oregon
