Job Overview

We are a mid-sized, multi-state law firm seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our Lake Oswego office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts, real estate, and transactional law. This role requires excellent drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research using Westlaw, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. You will manage cases from inception to resolution while collaborating within a supportive law office environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts.
• Provide guidance on lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and related transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington Bar.
• 3–5 years of experience in transactional, contract, or real estate law (preferred).
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
