Rapidly growing North Shore, Long Island, Nassau County firm seeks in-office attorney with minimum 1-3 years experience or law graduate pending admission.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Regular court appearances and depositions (admitted attorneys only);
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses/demands, and motions;
• Perform legal research;
• Maintain contact with clients, opposing attorneys and insurance carriers;
• Gather and compile facts and relevant case information;
• Assist other attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials; and
• Miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Law Graduate pending admission or attorney with minimum 1-3 years experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding law firm.
