Attorney (entry level)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the legal profession to gain hands-on experience across a variety of practice areas. You will be supporting the company with administrative and legal support.

Duties

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings
• Participate in negotiations and client consultations under supervision
• Support administrative tasks within the law office to ensure smooth operations
• Support CEO in recruiting

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school or current enrollment in a recognized legal program
• Strong research skills with proficiency
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation
• Familiarity with various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, and patent law is preferred but not required
• Legal administrative experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
