Trial Attorney (California Barred) - Full-Time, $160k-$200k + Bonuses

Responsibilities

* Drive case strategy collaboratively with senior trial attorneys to achieve strong client outcomes.
* Handle hearings, motions, and trial work under senior attorney supervision.
* Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including depositions, hearings, and witness preparation.
* Support senior trial attorneys with case strategy, research, and execution.
* Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony-including case fact review, anticipating cross, and mock questioning.
* Manage assigned case tasks, deadlines, and follow-through with growing independence.
* Travel frequently across California to attend hearings and trials.
* Contribute to the team's overall trial readiness and litigation success.

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of trial-related experience (jury trials, bench trials, or extensive trial prep).
* Active, in-good-standing member of the California State Bar.
* Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
* Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to perform under pressure.
* Assertive, competitive, and trial-ready with strong courtroom presence.
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently for hearings and trials.

Compensation & Benefits

* $160,000-$200,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience).
* Two bonus structures: performance-based + firm-wide discretionary bonuses.
