About Us:
We are a fast-growing immigration law firm located in Wall Street, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services across a wide range of immigration matters. Our team is professional, supportive, and highly committed to client care. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our firm.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a New York and or New Jersey attorney with up to 5 (five) years of experience in immigration law to handle a diverse caseload, including family-based, employment-based and business immigration matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare immigration filings, including EB1, EB2, E-2, H-1B, L-1, I-140, I-485, N-400, waivers, asylum, and family-based petitions
  • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, cover letters, and supporting documents
  • Represent clients before USCIS and immigration courts (if licensed for EOIR practice)
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and case efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New York or New Jersey
  • 3–5 years of experience in immigration law required
  • Strong understanding of both immigration law, family law and employment-based immigration
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language (preferred languages include Spanish, French, Russian, or others

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
  • Experience with USCIS and EOIR filings
  • Familiarity with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise)
