The Opportunity
We are looking for active California-barred attorneys to join us as 1099 Independent Contractors. This is a fully flexible, remote friendly with occasional in person appearances when required opportunity. You control your caseload accept only the cases and volume that fit your schedule and expertise.

Practice Areas (we match assignments to your strengths):

• Civil Litigation
• Personal Injury
• Family Law
• Contract and Business Disputes
• Employment Law
• Criminal Defense
• General Civil Matters

Experience in one or more of these fields is preferred, but we regularly have overflow work suitable for skilled general practitioners as well.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and correspondence
• Appear for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, or trials when needed
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and opposing counsel
• Independently manage your assigned files from intake through resolution

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Competitive pay based on case type, complexity, and your experience
• Paid promptly upon completion of services
