Orange County Law Center is led by Adam G., with 15+ years of legal experience serving clients throughout Southern California. We handle a broad range of legal matters and are expanding our team of contract attorneys.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Independent Contractor Attorney to assist with various cases on an as-needed basis. Flexible schedule — take on as many or as few cases as you choose.

Practice Areas May Include:

• ADA Law / Civil Litigation
• Contract Law
• Family Law
• Personal Injury
• Tax Law
• Criminal Law
• General Civil Practice

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, or trials (as needed)
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Manage assigned cases independently

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar License (required)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong writing, communication, and case-management skills

Compensation:

• Independent contractor / 1099 basis
• Compensation depends on experience and/or case type
