What You’ll Do

Client Advocacy & Case Management

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
• Provide legal counsel regarding case value, strategy, and resolution.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure top value for client cases.
• Manage a large and active caseload with precision and care.

Business Development & Networking

• Build your clientele through referrals and community engagement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote firm services.
• Develop relationships with local medical providers and offer consultations.
• Represent the firm at events and foster trust through every interaction.

Tech-Driven Efficiency

• Use advanced legal software to track case progress and maintain detailed notes.
• Communicate seamlessly within our structured systems.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in firm meetings and events.
• Work closely with coordinators and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with statutes and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Candidates with pre-litigation experience is preferred. Litigation experience will be considered a valuable asset.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Passion for personal injury law and client-centered service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000–$130,000 DOE
