We are seeking a full-time Nevada licensed attorney to join our team. You should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional guidance to consumers. A background and understanding of real estate and/or consumer protection law is ideal. Experience with client intake, consumer bankruptcy, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred. We are looking for someone who has 0-3 years of experience as an attorney. A Nevada license is required.

Responsibilities

• MUST reside in Nevada and obtain a Nevada License
• Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and time-share matters.

• Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc.
• Advise clients on risks inherent in various contractual relationship
