Attorney:Transactional Real Estate F/T or P/T

Job Overview
Small midtown law firm near Grand Central Terminal seeks a full or part time Transactional attorney with a minimum three (3) years experience to assist in our Transactional Real Estate practice. Must also have some background as a Litigator.

Duties

• Must have experience in purchase, sale and refinance of commercial Real Estate including drafting contracts, review of Loan documents, Title policies, surveys, etc.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the New York Bar in good standing
• Must have minimum (3) three years Transactional Real Estate experience
• Must be capable of commuting to our New York City office.

Compensation: $150,000/year or $75.00/hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
