Auto Detailer & Tint Installer

SilberArrows is seeking a skilled and professional Vehicle Detailing and Tint Installer to join our dynamic Sales Team! We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can perform high-quality vehicle detailing, apply window tint films in accordance with UAE RTA standards, and ensure all showroom and customer vehicles are prepared to perfection. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including cleaning, polishing, and applying protective coatings.
• Measure, cut, and install window tint films with precision.
• Prepare vehicles for showroom display, customer delivery, photoshoots, and RTA appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized detailing and tinting workspace.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sales Coordinator to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Report any issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the Team Head.
• Handle tools, equipment, and chemicals safely, and monitor stock levels of required materials.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive detailing and/or window tint installation (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tint film types, installation techniques, and RTA-approved tint limits.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to assist with vehicle movement and general tasks as needed.
