Auto Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems of company and customer vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles, including wiring, lighting systems, sensors, starters, and alternators.
• Perform maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Ensure accurate troubleshooting of electrical and A/C systems for correct repair scope.
• Follow updated automotive technologies, diagnostic tools, and electrical repair procedures.
• Ensure high standards of productivity, quality, and “fix it right the first time.”
• Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and discipline inside the workshop.
• Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and avoid unnecessary mobile usage during working hours.
• Support other technicians and work as a part of the workshop team when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Auto Electrician in an automotive workshop.
• Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and A/C systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high repair accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Ability to join immediately.
