Job Title: Auto Painter

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect machinery/vehicle bodies for rust, damage, and old paint defects.
• Perform sandblasting, grinding, sanding, and chemical cleaning to prepare surfaces.
• Mask and cover non-paint areas (glass, rubber, hydraulics) before painting.
• Apply fillers, primers, and sealants for smooth finishes.
• Mix enamel, epoxy, polyurethane, or other industrial coatings to match OEM colors.
• Operate HVLP spray guns, airless spray systems, and electrostatic painting equipment.
• Apply base coats, clear coats, and anti-corrosion paints with uniform thickness.
• Ensure proper drying/curing using ovens or infrared systems (if available).
• Inspect painted surfaces for runs, bubbles, or uneven coverage and rectify defects.
• Follow PPE protocols (respirators, gloves, goggles) when handling paints/solvents.
• Adhere to environmental regulations (VOC compliance, proper waste disposal).
• Maintain paint booth cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Track paint inventory and report low stock levels.
• Record paint codes, batch numbers, and repair details for future reference.
• Coordinate with auto denters and mechanics for pre-paint repairs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial/auto painting experience, preferably with heavy machinery.
• Expertise in paint mixing, spray techniques, and color matching.
• Knowledge of abrasive blasting, epoxy primers, and high-durability coatings.
• Familiarity with paint booth operations and drying systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Auto Painter in PMV: 5 years (Required)
