AutoCAD Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter with experience in Dubai Health Authority (DHA) projects. The ideal candidate will prepare precise technical drawings for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with DHA standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for clinics, hospitals, and other DHA-regulated facilities
• Ensure all drawings comply with DHA guidelines, including room sizes, layouts, and equipment placement
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, clients, or DHA authorities
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for DHA submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure accurate designs
• Support project execution by providing timely and precise drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Experience working on DHA healthcare projects is mandatory
• Familiarity with healthcare facility design and medical equipment layouts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other drafting/design software (Revit, SketchUp)
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE
• Arabic Speaker
