Job Description:

Siddhivinayak MEP Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Draftsman to prepare precise drawings for plumbing and public health engineering (PHE) services in various types of projects. The role involves working closely with plumbing engineers and coordination with other MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed plumbing layout drawings, drainage layouts, water supply systems, rainwater harvesting, and external utility networks.
• Develop shop drawings and coordinated drawings with other services like electrical and HVAC.
• Create schematic diagrams and water supply/soil-waste stack riser diagrams.
• Generate BOQ support drawings and as-built drawings.
• Incorporate engineers’ inputs, site mark-ups, and revisions in the drawings.
• Follow project CAD standards and maintain layer discipline.
• Ensure drawings are completed and submitted on schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for drawing clarifications.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems and relevant codes.
• Ability to read and interpret design inputs and technical documents.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Draftsman ship or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MEP consultancy or construction firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
