Position Overview:
The Automated Operations Assistant plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the performance of our automated kiosk network. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of machines across multiple locations. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational oversight, and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Job Duties:

Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of automated kiosks across the country.

Run and analyze weekly reports to identify machine performance issues; collaborate with depot managers to determine and implement corrective actions.

Monitor and track key accounts on a monthly basis to identify performance trends, opportunities, and concerns.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of machine malfunctions, diagnostics, and resolutions to ensure traceability and future reference.

Work closely with the Parts and Equipment Team to recommend appropriate kiosk models for new installations based on site needs.

Monitor same-store sales and proactively resolve underlying issues that may impact performance.

Manage the company’s Zendesk support platform, ensuring tickets are addressed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and performance metrics.

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Experience with customer support and reporting platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Excel).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with depot, equipment, and service teams.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
