Automatic Painting Machine Operator – Joinery Division

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Skilled Automatic Painting Machine Operator to join our joinery and wood finishing division. The candidate will be responsible for operating fully automatic painting and coating machines used for wooden panels, doors, and furniture components — ensuring a smooth, consistent finish with high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fully automatic painting/spray machines for wooden panels and joinery items.
• Set and adjust machine parameters such as paint flow, pressure, and conveyor speed.
• Mix and refill paints, lacquers, and coatings based on production requirements.
• Load and unload materials carefully to maintain continuous workflow.
• Monitor paint quality, color uniformity, and thickness during operation.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and booths.
• Ensure all products meet required finishing and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience operating automatic or semi-automatic wood painting equipment.
• Familiar with PU, lacquer, matt/gloss finishes, and drying oven operations.
• Knowledge of paint viscosity, machine calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic mechanical understanding of coating and drying systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• No sanding or manual polishing work required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
