Qualification- Engineering Graduate/ Diploma- Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/E&TC/Mechatronics

Experince- From 4 Years to 10 years

JD:- · Good Maintenance Knowledge about SPM and Process lines. Experience on Machine maintenance.

· Hands on experience on various make VFD & Servos, Machine Input & Output Devices like Sensors, Actuators, Valves etc.

· Informative Knowledge about PLC, HMI (Program Development / Edits Not Compulsion, But should understand the Written Control Logic). He should be able to understand SPM & process lines machines and he should have ability to find out Maintenance points in process.

· Troubleshooting skill on various E&I control and power panel etc. Expert in reading of electrical panel's drawings & Fault finding / corrections in it.

· Ability to do Electronics Instruments Calibration / Parameter setting, Troubleshooting / maintenance. VFD & Sevo's Parameter settings as per technical manual of respective make.

· Plant machines (SPM) operational and maintenance experience. Pneumatic system knowledge. Hydraulic System awareness.

· Good knowledge in cold and hot testing of panels. All electrical & electronics measuring instruments & tools hand on experience.

Documentation and all reports filing work. Time and team management.
