Automation RPA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Plays a critical role in advancing healthcare information systems by analyzing business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies.
• Acts as liaison between the business unit and IS department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives.
• Documents and maintains technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations.
• Analyzes system performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve automation processes and functionality.
• Generates regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Bachelor’s Computer Science or related field and 3 years’ experience or 7 years’ experience with a HS Diploma.

Preferred: Experience in Automation tools and/or certifications preferred (e.g., UiPATH Certified RPA associate Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA professional Blue Prism Professional Develop, Power Automate) AI/ML model development and deployment, Data analysis and visualization (e.g., using Python, R, SQL, Tableau)
