Pay Scale: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Digital Merchandising Coordinator ensures that vehicle inventory is accurately represented online and presented professionally on-site. This role supports the sales and management teams by maintaining high-quality digital content and ensuring our inventory is merchandised quickly and effectively.


Core Responsibilities

  • Print and place window stickers for used vehicles.
  • Photograph vehicle inventory to company standards.
  • Upload and manage vehicle images within the inventory management system.
  • Update vehicle detail pages to ensure accurate information is displayed on dealership websites.
  • Collaborate with new and used car managers to merchandise inventory promptly.
  • Review all online listings to identify missing or inaccurate information.
  • Organize and arrange vehicles on the lot to ensure a clean, presentable layout.
  • Transport vehicles between departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Driving and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Dependable attendance for all-scheduled shifts.
