Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Expertise: Utilize your experience in mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently.
• Customer Relations: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Garage Accounting Software: Manage financial transactions and records using garage accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Staff Management: Oversee and coordinate staff activities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Social Media Engagement: Promote services and engage with customers through various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Sales Targets: Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company's growth, earning bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Skills: Strong mechanical abilities combined with excellent customer relations skills.
• Communication: Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with garage accounting software is essential.
• Management Skills: Proven experience in staff management and training.
