Toyota of Hollywood, a proud member of the LAcarGUY Family of Dealerships, is excited to announce that we are hiring a Used Car Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and management of the dealership's used vehicle inventory.
  • Manage the dealership's used car acquisitions, sourcing vehicles from customers, brokers, auctions, and other channels.
  • Oversee appraisal, purchasing, reconditioning, merchandising, and sales of used vehicles.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales goals, gross profit targets, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Coach and develop the sales and acquisition team to maximize performance.
Qualifications
  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of Used Car Manager experience in an automotive dealership setting.
  • High-energy, results-driven attitude with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with automotive valuation tools and dealership management systems (DMS) — CDK preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume automotive sales, buying, and appraisals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License.
Compensation
  • The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
