Automotive Service Advisor

_ Job Responsibilities:_

• Coordinate and manage service activities for heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate with clients to understand service needs and provide accurate job estimates.
• Follow up on maintenance schedules, repairs, and service progress.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports, job cards, and documentation.
• Liaise with workshop technicians and supervisors for smooth workflow.

_ Required Qualifications & Skills:_

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle service.
• Experience working in oil & gas environment is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle field service tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
