Automotive Service Technician

```Duties```

As a State licensed inspection station, perform Maine state safety and emissions inspections (license required)
- Perform routine automotive maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements- Mount and balance tires on a verity of makes and models- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles, including engine, transmission, and brake systems-use scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve electrical system malfunctions.

- Perform repairs and replacements of automotive parts such as batteries, alternators, and starters

- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs or modifications

```Experience```
- Minimum of [10] years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficiency in brake diagnostics, repair, replacement and maintenance
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues, concerns
- Ability to perform general automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Skilled in using various tools and equipment for automotive repair and maintenance

- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
