About the Role

We are a busy, reputable auto repair shop looking for a motivated Entry-Level Assistant to support both the office and shop floor. This hybrid position combines the work of a car porter, parts assistant, and mechanic’s helper — perfect for someone eager to get their foot in the door of the automotive world.

What You’ll Do

Shop & Vehicle Support

• Move customer cars in and out of bays
• Keep the shop floor organized and clean
• Assist technicians with simple tasks
• Check-in vehicles and perform basic inspections (with training)

Parts & Inventory

• Help order, pick up, and receive parts
• Organize stock and return cores
• Run occasional local errands for parts or supplies

Office & Customer Support

• Assist service advisor with intake and paperwork
• Tag keys, update workboards, and keep workflow organized
• Help maintain a clean, professional customer area

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn the automotive trade

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Comfortable working around vehicles and tools
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stay active throughout the day

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
