Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations at our busy service center.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Supervise and coordinate technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks based on workload.
• Ensure staff are trained and updated on the latest automotive technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Communicate repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and maintain transparency with clients.

Workshop Operations:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all jobs meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of parts, tools, and materials.

Quality Control:

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards.
• Implement and maintain quality improvement processes.

Financial Management:

• Monitor workshop expenses, productivity, and profitability.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on workshop performance and labor costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make fast, effective decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
