Autonomous Mobile Robot Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced AMR Site Supervisor to lead the on-site installation, commissioning, and coordination of AGV/AMR systems, ensuring project compliance and effective team management.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site installation and commissioning of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems

Lead technical teams during installation, testing, and integration phases

Coordinate site activities in line with the project schedule

Maintain clear communication with the client to ensure transparency and timely progress

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site

Manage and maintain order in subcontractor-related site processes

Check technical drawings, application details, and ensure project compliance on-site

Plan material requirements and monitor procurement processes

Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related commissioning projects

Hands-on experience with AGV/AMR systems, automation, or robotics in field operations

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and EPLAN diagrams

Experience in project management and team coordination

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills

Preferably able to read and understand technical documents in English

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.)

Skills & Competencies

Experience in industrial automation commissioning projects

Knowledge of PLC, sensors, and AGV software integration

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Valid driver’s license (B Class)

Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).

Need to Relocate or Mobility

The role is based in Gölcük/Kocaeli. The role requires occasional domestic and international travel for customer visits, trade shows, and business solution activities.
