Full Job Description – SHASHAT Electronic Manufacturing LLC (UAE)

SHASHAT is one of the UAE’s leading LED display manufacturers, producing and integrating high-performance LED systems for government, corporate, control-room, outdoor, and event applications. Our factory in KEZAD designs, builds, tests, and deploys advanced LED technologies made in the UAE.

We are expanding our technical team and hiring skilled LED technicians with proven field experience. Only apply if you already meet the requirements below.

What You MUST Already Know (Non-Negotiable)

Hands-On LED Experience

• Strong experience in LED display installation (indoor/outdoor, rental or fixed).
• Ability to mount, align, connect, test, and service LED cabinets on-site.
• Confident working with:
• Power & data cabling
• NovaStar / Colorlight systems (basic configuration)
• Receiving cards, sending boxes, controllers

Technical Capability

• Understanding of rigging, truss systems, and basic mechanical tools.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues on-site, quickly and independently.
• Experience repairing:
• LED modules
• Pixel failures
• Power supplies / receiving cards
• Soldering skills are a major advantage — especially SMD diode replacement and module repair.

Professional Requirements

• Basic functional English communication.
• Valid driving license (UAE or international).
• Strong work ethic: no excuses, able to handle pressure during installations or events.

• Technicians who cannot work under time pressure or solve problems independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
