Duties

• Partner with Director of Operations and Logistics Manager to understand the upcoming shows, projects, and tasks
• Responsible for ensuring warehouse staff knows their daily tasks and completes them on time
• Participate in venue operations meetings on a weekly basis
• Partner with Logistics Manager on warehouse schedule creation based on upcoming needs, including transfers, and drop-offs
• Stage outbound orders with complete and fully functional equipment.
• Receive all inbound equipment for completeness and quality control.
• Tracking of all warehouse rental assets.
• Manage all shipping and receiving needs.
• Oversee and maintain the equipment repairs process.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/office area at all times.
• Takes initiative for self-growth, learning all aspects of new equipment and services.
• Maintains a working knowledge of company inventory and other related equipment.
• Assists with company inventory audits as needed.
• Follows and acts in accordance with all company rules and policies in regard to general operation of the company, including but not limited to working hours, sales and promotion policies, procedures and specific company rules.
• Champions and supports the mission and culture of Image Audiovisuals.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least three years in an AV warehouse environment
• Clean driving record
• Forklift certified

Pay: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
