Thanks for considering a position with FOH Productions.
We’re a company built on precision, pride, and the stubborn belief that every load-in and show deserves to run flawlessly.

Almost everyone in this industry started exactly where you’re about to: on the warehouse floor. As a Warehouse Technician, you become part of the team that makes the magic possible long before anyone steps on stage. You’ll help prep shows for smooth, turnkey deployment – counting every cable, packing every case, and loading every truck with a level of care that borders on obsessive. That’s not an accident. It’s our culture. And it’s why our team is regarded as one of the best in the country.

We don’t just check gear in – we check it thoroughly. If a knob is missing, if a touchscreen is smudged, if a connector feels off, we fix it before it ever sees a show site. Our clients trust us because we leave nothing to chance.

What does success look like here?
It’s simple, but not easy. You fit into a team that has each other’s backs, especially when the pace spikes. You take ownership of every order pull you touch – every adapter, every cable, every case – and your work holds up to scrutiny without excuses. You listen, you learn, and you show up on time and prepared (yes, that includes bringing your own batteries). Success in this role isn’t just about speed or muscle; it’s about discipline, communication, and living the fundamentals: do the right thing, be process-driven, obsess over details, and support the people around you. When you operate that way, you don’t just become part of the team – you elevate it.

Let’s talk about the reality, too.
Some days your pace is steady – coiling cable, organizing cases, keeping the flow moving. Other days hit like a freight train, and the work shifts into high gear, fast. This isn’t an assembly line; it’s a rhythm that changes with the show calendar. Hours can be long. Nights and weekends happen. Summers run warm, winters run… brisk. You’ll sweat. You’ll occasionally swear. And you’ll get paid for the time you put in.

Now the upside: this is one of the few careers where anyone can start at the ground level and build a real future. Learn the craft and you can grow into on-site event work, warehouse leadership, engineering roles, or other specialties across the company. People build careers here – buy homes, raise families, and retire comfortably – often outperforming peers who spent four years chasing a degree they barely use.

If you’re someone who learns fast, listens well, sweats the small stuff, and thrives on being part of a team that refuses to settle for “good enough,” then this is a place where you’ll fit – and grow.

We’d love to meet you.
