Avaloq Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Functional Business Analyst on the Avaloq Core Banking platform.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with global wealth management stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Support implementation of digital transformation and modernization initiatives within wealth platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, product, architecture, data, and testing teams for successful delivery.
• Work in Agile environments, using Jira, Confluence, Scrum ceremonies, and iterative delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure requirement clarity and smooth execution.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, functional validations, and support UAT.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements for global wealth platforms.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to business, technology, and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong exposure to banking/wealth management.
• Hands-on experience in Avaloq Core Banking is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of Wealth Management, Investment Products, Order Management, Payments, Client Lifecycle, etc.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and end-to-end BA documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with exposure to global banking environments.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, platform migrations, or system modernization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and functional solutioning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global banks (HSBC, UBS, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, etc.)
• Certification in Avaloq, Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), or Agile (CSM/PSPO)
• Exposure to wealth management systems, core banking platforms, or financial product workflows

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,449,097.33 per year
