Duties & Responsibilities

Communication Strategies

Develop and execute strategies to uphold and enhance the company's brand image and equity.

Ensure alignment of communication strategies with business objectives and requirements.

Implement innovative approaches to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Identify and segment target audiences, developing tailored communication plans to meet their needs and preferences.

Utilize data-driven insights for the development of effective communication strategies.

Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and quality control in all communications.

Brand Positioning and Media Management

Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.

Facilitate effective internal communication channels and strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company objectives.

Manage external communication strategies, handling media inquiries and maintaining strong media relations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client communication and satisfaction, supporting business development through effective client engagement.

Research and implement best practices for brand building and communication.

Draft policies and guidelines for media management and corporate communications.

Budget Control and Cost-effectiveness

Maintain budgetary control over Corporate Communications Department activities.

Ensure cost-effectiveness in communication strategies and campaigns.

Monitor expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.

Team Management & Succession Planning

Manage and develop staff, including performance management, training, and career development.

Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure succession planning (1:2 ratio).

Sustainability

Oversee corporate governance within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organisational principles, policies, and regulations.

Promote judicious use of natural resources and adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Drive the organisation's sustainability initiatives, working towards achieving established targets.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
