AVP, Ecommerce Product Manager

Drive forward the annual non-core ecommerce & Acquirer processing GCC product roadmap, informed by inputs from clients, internal stakeholders, and market analysis to maintain competitiveness by spotting trends in the latest payment methods and functionality with the aim to help the business achieve its overall revenue targets.

The roadmap will cover Direct to merchant the UAE as well as other Direct to Merchant Geographies, Partnerships and Acquirer Processing requirements. Provide daily support in the form of ecommerce expertise and solution consulting to internal functions and their clients, including Enterprise, Partnerships, Government, and SMEs using your platform and ecommerce market knowledge and act as the go to contact for anything third party gateway related internally.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Decision Making: Take accountability and ownership for all day-to-day decision making for the products and services under your remit, and build realistic and achievable (but ambitious) product strategies that are both aligned to NI strategy and market needs.

Go-to-Market: Lead on the execution of go to market strategies for E-Commerce products and services, and drive their visibility across both NI s core markets and internally.

Commercial Acumen: Make commercially informed decisions on a day-to-day basis to ensure that NI is always moving in the right direction, and for the long term benefit of our customers and shareholders.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your Product Management colleagues and stakeholders alike, using your excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to ensure a constructive outcome in all engagements.

Product Governance: Work with business and project governance, risk and technology teams to ensure compliance to both scheme and internal standards at all times and ensuring that risks and issues are captured and addressed in a timely fashion.

Product Performance: Lead on Ecommerce performance tracking, focusing on collating and tracking key data across our ecommerce products and using that data to help the team make strategic decisions.

Product Initiation: Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for new projects, outlining clear objectives, scope, and deliverables. Understand, evaluate, and recommend product needs, including evaluating and approving Statements of Work (SOWs) related to N-Genius Online.

Product Compliance: Lead on Ecommerce compliance initiatives and mandates, ensuring adherence to both external regulations and internal standards fromThird Party Gateways: Lead on initiatives across our third party gateways such as, EPG, Cybs, Direct MPGS & ENBD.

Acquirer Processing GCC: Lead on the processing initiatives across GCC by working with processing colleagues and the Ecommerce Product lead to align on prioritization and execution.

Customer Support: Lead on Customer support workstream focusing on resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.

Non-Core Product Development: Lead on core product features, engage with the team in Jordan, and provide support on partner initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with merchants and partners to translate their requests and ideas into actionable product features and enhancements.

Requirement Ideation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to refine merchant requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility.

Team Brand Establishment: Cultivate strong relationships with merchants, partners, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for their E-commerce related needs.

Continuous Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants and partners, helping them maximize the value of our products and services through best practices and innovative solutions.
