Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to Partner with Function Heads and senior stakeholders across multiple RMZ entities to identify collaboration opportunities and improve business through technology solutions. Build strong relationships with CXOs and Function Heads to understand business challenges, focus areas, and growth drivers, translating them into key technology initiatives. Collaborate to define technology roadmaps and project deliverables, interpret end-user requirements into system specifications, lead solution design, and manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure impactful business outcomes with quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Strategy

· Co-create product vision, roadmap, and success metrics with business leaders, grounded in functional strategies and growth priorities.

· Translate business problems and user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and release backlogs.

Solution Design & Delivery

· Lead solution design for major technology engagements, evaluating options across ERP, HRMS, Salesforce, analytics, and custom applications.

· Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives concurrently (discovery to rollout), ensuring scope, timelines, and budget are met.

Stakeholder & Change Leadership

· Act as a strategic technology partner to CXOs and Function Heads, educating and influencing them on solution options and trade-offs.

· Champion adoption through demos, pilots, training, and structured change-management plans.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

· Identify and design next-generation solutions that leverage analytics, automation, and modern architectures to unlock new business value.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing, playbooks, and best-practice documentation to improve team productivity and reusability.

Governance & Risk Management

· Establish light-weight governance for prioritisation, status visibility, and risk/issue management across initiatives.

· Monitor outcomes post-go-live and drive iterations based on data, feedback, and performance against defined KPIs.

Critical Accountabilities

· Maintain a high bi-annual internal stakeholder satisfaction index.

· Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT needs across identified business entities.

· Coordinate with IT delivery and vendor partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

· Conduct knowledge sharing and assist with solution architecture design.

· Schedule and manage meetings regarding business challenges, solution delivery status, and timelines.

Key Success Factors

· Become the go-to person for IT-related business problem-solving.

· Maintain strong liaison with IT delivery teams and vendor ecosystem.

· Exhibit proactive approach and up-to-date knowledge of technology innovations.

· Provide innovative solutions suited to business needs.

Knowledge

· Enterprise applications: ERP (preferably SAP) across Procure-to-Pay, Finance, and Accounting domains.

· Adjacent platforms: HRMS concepts (core HR, payroll, performance), Salesforce CRM processes and data model. Salesforce Certification would be an added advantage.

· SDLC & delivery models: Agile, Waterfall & devops methodologies, basic release and deployment lifecycle.

· Data & analytics: BI / visualization tools (Power BI), KPI design, basics of data modelling.

· Business & domain: Real Estate, procurement flows, HR and sales processes, and how they link to business outcomes.

o Planning and coordinating mid-to-large initiatives, dependency management, and basic risk/issue tracking.

o Strong Excel and MS Office usage for analysis, business cases, and reporting.

o Turning raw data into dashboards and narratives (Power BI/Tableau/other BI).

o Clear written and verbal communication, including C-level presentations.
