My Brand Genius is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Business Developer to help us grow and manage client opportunities on Upwork The ideal candidate must be graduate with excellent communication skills, a strong foundation inB2B sales and marketing, and proven familiarity with the Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant projects on Upwork with a strategic approach.
• Craft high-quality, tailored proposals to attract and convert clients.
• Communicate professionally with international clients via chat, calls, and written proposals.
• Support lead generation and client acquisition through effective B2B strategies.
• Track proposals, client responses, and conversion metrics to improve win rates.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and marketing principles.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Upwork platform (job search, proposals, client communication).
