About the Role:

Elytra Studios is seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Executive with experience in the IT and Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B clients through strategic outreach, relationship management, and tailored business solutions.

You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions that align with client goals and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target new B2B clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored IT and software solutions.
  • Maintain post-sales relationships to ensure client success, upselling, and renewals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5–2 years of B2B business development, client acquisition, or IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, deal closing, and client relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software services, SaaS, cloud solutions, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with international clients (U.S., Europe, or MENA) is preferred.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
