Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Email Marketing Specialist to help grow our paid guest posting business by generating and converting qualified leads through strategic outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Email Campaigns:

Develop and send engaging cold and warm email sequences for guest posting outreach.

Use tools like Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead segmentation and targeting.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of publishers and clients.

Convert prospects into paying clients through persuasive communication.

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email content to improve conversion rates.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation:

Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions.

Continuously refine and optimise campaigns based on performance data.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B email marketing or lead generation.

Strong understanding of email campaign strategy, analytics, and optimization.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Mailshake, Apollo, or similar platforms.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Ability to manage and personalize outreach for 100+ leads per week.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 55,000 – 70,000 per month (based on experience).
