We are seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Digital) to join our organisation Stream Perfect Global Services (SPGS). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing qualified business leads through a mix of digital marketing and outbound prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B prospects through online databases, social media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and content teams to create messaging and assets aligned with buyer personas and business goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, target audience behaviour, and competitor strategies to refine outreach tactics.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular reports on lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or BI dashboards).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and research skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
