Role Overview

Seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to manage inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, documentation, and coordination across internal teams and vendors. This role ensures accurate material handling, timely dispatches, and effective warehouse utilization for industrial automation components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics: supplier coordination, shipment tracking, document verification (invoice, packing list, e-way bill).
• Handle warehouse operations: receive & inspect materials, storage, labeling, binning, segregation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Zoho; conduct stock audits and cycle counts.
• Oversee outbound logistics: dispatch planning, document preparation, transporter coordination, POD tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, audit requirements & maintain proper documentation.
• Act as liaison between purchase, sales, project & accounts teams for material movement.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and material handling; suggest process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in inbound/outbound logistics & warehouse operations
• ERP/WMS skills (Zoho Inventory preferred)
• Strong documentation & MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, stock audit processes
• Transport & freight handling knowledge
• Excellent communication, time-management & problem-solving skills
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, organized & proactive
