Job Summary:

IPCS Global is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Executive to drive our campus engagement initiatives in Thrissur. The role involves visiting engineering, arts, and science colleges to promote our professional courses and generate quality student leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regular visits to colleges in Thrissur district for promotions and presentations

- Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions about IPCS courses

- Generate and qualify student leads through direct engagement

- Build relationships with college faculty, placement officers, and student coordinators

- Organize and manage on-campus promotional activities and education fairs

- Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets

- Maintain daily reports of college visits and lead status

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- 1-3 years experience in field marketing or educational counseling

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

- Good knowledge of Thrissur's educational landscape

- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply
