ooking for an energetic and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive partner acquisition and engagement initiatives. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to onboard new channel partners (e.g., IFAs, investment distributors, and wealth advisors) and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B marketing, channel engagement, and lead generation, preferably in the financial services or fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new financial partners (IFAs, mutual fund distributors, wealth advisors, etc.).
  • Create partner onboarding journeys including communication workflows, training materials, and digital onboarding tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and partnership teams to ensure smooth partner activation and engagement.
  • Monitor partner onboarding funnel and optimize conversion rates at each stage.

2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and offline channels targeting prospective partners.
  • Build and manage campaigns highlighting Andromeda Wealth’s platform benefits, product offerings, and partner incentives.
  • Collaborate with internal design, content, and product teams to produce high-quality marketing assets (brochures, explainer videos, landing pages, case studies, etc.).

3. Partner Engagement & Retention

  • Develop communication and loyalty programs to keep partners active and informed.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions to educate partners on new investment products and tools.
  • Build a partner community through newsletters, events, and reward programs.
  • Gather feedback from partners and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Use digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email automation, etc.) to generate and nurture partner leads.
  • Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and improve ROI.
  • Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation for partner engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,188.96 - ₹47,126.40 per month
