- The B2B Marketing Intern will actively support both Demand Planning and Marketing Communications (MarCom) operations, while also contributing to a key analytical project. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply coordination, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing analysis.
- 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work accordingly.
Demand Planning ( 45%)
- Track daily service orders and support order creation processes.
- Monitor backorders and follow up on purchase orders.
- Contribute to safety stock planning and inventory control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams on delivery schedules.
- Support buy-back and scrap procedures.
- Prepare monthly demand and inventory reports.
Marketing Communications ( 45%)
- Manage the Canon Content Approval (CCA) process and coordinate creative feedback.
- Support Eloqua email campaigns: content edits, testing, and quality checks.
- Verify contact lists and segments before campaign launches.
- Assist with creative localization, including file handling and translation tracking.
- Prepare agency briefs and ensure accurate UTM(Urchin Tracking Module) naming for campaigns.
- Schedule posts on Meta and LinkedIn, and upload content to internal platforms.
- Coordinate partner communications and assist with email campaigns.
- Support event operations registration, on-site setup, and logistics.
- Manage giveaways, print materials, and shipment of marketing assets.
- Track marketing POs and invoices to support budget monitoring.
- Assist with internal reporting decks, screenshots, and campaign visuals.
- Support HQ requests such as asset listings, audits, and usage reports.
Analytical Support ( 10%)
- Conduct quarterly product gap analysis and provide insights to improve performance.
