Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our company’s marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including product listings, campaign development, branding, content creation, social media, and promotional strategy across platforms such as ASI, Sage, our websites, and digital channels.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies. Experience in B2B marketing is essential, with a strong understanding of how to reach and engage business customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across ASI, Sage, company websites, and marketing catalogs.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including triggered promotions and seasonal outreach.
- Create compelling content for digital and print campaigns, product promotions, and internal sales support.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Oversee social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production) and external vendors as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the company website for new products, landing pages, SEO improvements, etc.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, sell sheets, flyers, and presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing or product management (B2B marketing experience required; experience in promotional products or manufacturing a plus).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and design sensibility (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred).
- Familiarity with ASI and Sage platforms (or any other similar platforms is preferred).
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website content management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
